Northpoint – Idaho

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and cared about. The staff was tremendous from the nursing to the counselors to the custodians and the cooks everyone was so positive and so friendly. I will recommend North Point to anyone who is having problems with alcohol or drugs. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was and I made lifelong friends I rate it 10 Stars

This is a great facility, friendly staff all around and they take really good care of you. Well, trained doctors and counselors understand addiction and how to treat it. The facility was very clean, and the cooks kept us well fed. A+ Northpoint!! Im on my path to recovery and very thankful!!!

Overall I was very happy with the whole experience. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. A lot have been through something similar which makes it much easier to connect with them. I went in not knowing what I was getting into as far as how things operated & couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. They do their best to create a fun caring community & help give you the tools to better yourself as a person. Was everything perfect no. I really thought they made the effort to make this as best as possible though. Glad I went here.

Needless to say, I was very scared and nervous about going to in patent. Upon arrival I was greeted by the nursing staff and the front desk, they made me instantly feel a little better about the situation. When entering the actual facility, I was greeted by many patients shaking my hand and introducing themselves letting me know if I needed anything just ask. That was my first impression. Throughout my stay I met many new patients who I would consider my friends. The Techs were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The nursing staff were professional and helpful for medication management. The counsellors were very well trained and taught in a way where you could relate sessions with your own experiences, it was very insightful. The staff as a whole truly cared about your experience and self-growth throughout the program, I literally have no complaints. The food and amenities were awesome! Last but not least, the facility was cleaned down everyday which I loved, it was always super clean throughout the rooms and common areas. Overall, I would highly recommend NorthPoint for treatment.

Northpoint recovery changed my life for the better. Staff are not just amazing, but they truly care for every single individual. Food is amazing, techs are always helpful and willing to listen, counselors are empathetic and awesome, and the social workers will fight tooth and nail for whatever your circumstance is. I truly have a new perspective on life and recovery, and I couldn’t have done it without this facility!
